All health and fitness can be achieved through an alkaline lifestyle and diet .

The blood maintains its constant pH at 7.365 by pushing dietary and/or metabolic acids out into the connective tissue. You can call the connective tissue the "Acid Catcher" of the blood. When excess dietary and/or metabolic acid is pushed out into the connective tissue you feel this as pain or inflammation. All pain or inflammation if continued leads to degeneration or the conditions medical science calls arthritis, osteoartritis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, lupus, cancers and even lymes, just to name a few.
All sickness and disease is due to an inverted way of living, eating and thinking. All health and fitness can be achieved through an alkaline lifestyle and diet .
